- Firmly hold the folded menstrual cup and slowly insert inside the vaginal opening. Relax your vaginal muscles and do not tense your body for easier insertion of the cup.
- Adjust the cup inside your vagina and rotate it at a 360 degrees angle to make sure that the cup is fully opened to avoid spilling, pull it slightly downward and if you feel a suction inside, you may now push it a little higher and it is now in place.
