Ahoy There Seven Seas! The “pirate” theme park is another
attraction located at Opol Misamis Oriental, Cagayan de Oro. Experience tons of
slides from the only water adventure park found in Mindanao. From different
choices of extreme water slides for the bold and adventurous souls down to the
kiddie pools that the kids will surely love.
Entrance fee is a little bit expensive but I think the experience,
enjoyment and memories will encompass the amount that you spent.
What to expect
The park opens at 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM every day. A
wristband for each tourist is a must after you paid the entrance fee. They have
different type of cottages to choose from and a locker for P50/day just enough
space for medium bags and personal belongings. Swimming attire is essential
such as rash guard, bikinis, surfing shorts and wearing of jewelries such as
earrings, watches, and necklaces is strictly prohibited even goggles and
sunglasses.
Foods
Bringing of food beverages are not allowed, you may leave it
at the entrance baggage counter for outside foods. There are cafés inside the
area, a food house and different food stalls to choose for a reasonable prices.
A free cold water dispenser for thirsty throats after a breathtaking rides are
available at different designated areas.
Rides
Before you get on any rides, you must be weighted first to
make sure that you are qualified. The famous ride is the cyclone. A giant cone shape positioned horizontally in
which a group of four persons each boat will be drop at the mouth of the giant
cone, you will really feel the exhilaration of the ride.
The Plank Drop Slide is the first ever loop slide in the
Philippines that is only for the brave soul. A one person at a time ride, you
will be enclosed inside a tube, instructions will be given by the person in
charge, a countdown will be heard before the platform that you are standing
will open up and there you go, you will now encounter the roller coaster water
ride.
There is also the Lazy Maui River in which you will just sit and relax and be lazy while circling
around the river. Take note that you will carry your own buoy/ride starting
from the finish line of the slide up to the drop off area depends on the slides
you wish to try. Other slides doesn’t need a buoy only your courage.

How to Get There
The Nearest Airport is the Laguindingan Airport. Take a
motorcycle ride to the main highway or at Laguindingan bus terminal. Ride a bus
via Cagayan, inform the bus conductor to drop you at Seven Seas, you may walk
and feel the heat or ride a motorcycle going at the entrance at the seven seas
or if you prefer a more convenient ride take a taxi, tariff rate is P40 and
